The Step Inside EP is right in Jonny Sum's sweet spot in the valley between disco/funk and house music. I'll Tell You is a funky groover with a soulful vocal. Pumping strings and a rolling bass line keep the track on fire from start to finish. Step Inside is a slow moving invitation to the dance floor with a massive disco bass line and fluttering bells on top.

The release is packed with two unique remixes out of Chicago and Atlanta, both giving a flavor of their cities and their relationship with dance music.
