Senso Sounds continue their much lauded series of compilations of artists to watch with another four track EP of tough, funky techno.
First up on Level 07 is BOHO - the artist moniker of Jannowitz Records & Jaw Dropping Records label head Lars Kohl. Jack Black is classic Senso - full of attitude and sense of purpose - beautifully crafted dance music that means business.
Next up is DESNA - the New York artist and Output regular who has made her mark throwing controversial parties and producing fearsome techno cuts. Pop Gun is just that - firing drums, unnerving synth patterns and deep bleeps and FX - stunning stuff.
Marco Resmann is perhaps best known as one half of Luna City Express, but under his own name unleashes Northbound - a precision tooled techno monster aimed at destroying dance-floors from the first beat.
Last up, Justin James, ‘refused.’ label head and Minus artist, drops Gonna Feel - a bleepy, acid tinged banger that features Dan Diamond’s spoken word vocals.
