In a time of uncertainty, management of one's thoughts and personal inner world is of utmost importance, lest one's mind betray their soul and plot against them. While darkness and light are one and the same in the quantum realm of infinite potentials outside the matrix of our experienced 3D reality, we as humans experience the separation of the whole, and thus we experience the duality of light and dark, yin and yang, good and evil. We associate fear with darkness because it is an absence of light, and light is the spark/enlightenment/knowledge that burns our way through fear. It's a conscious decision one has to make.

When living in fear consciousness/darkness, one is literally metabolizing the energy they need to keep their body healthy so that one can stay engaged in the high-beta activity the brain produces when you're in fear/stress consciousness—during this heightened activity, the brain is signaling to the body's glands to producing the emotional cocktail of chemicals that produce feelings of stress, anxiety, jealousy, fear, worry, survival, etc. If your so busy making these harmful energy-draining chemicals in your body, how do you ever have time to heal?
