Brukel Music proudly presents it's first release of 2021 in time poetically for Black History Month. It's a tribute to the late great American soul and jazz poet, musician and author Gil Scott-Heron. Who as a spoken word performer inspired Brutha Basil as a child being exposed to his music in 1970. The tribute "Because of Gil" features the masterfully done soulful house remixes by the number 3 Top Soulful House Artist of 2020 William "Reelsoul" Rodriquez. And Brukel Music's super producer Kelvin Sylvester provides soul - funk remixes reminiscent to those collaborations with Brian Jackson.
