Our 22nd offering on Fade To Funk brings us long time friend of Jeff Fader, Probably Shouldn't...
The York based DJ & Producer, who's recent signings have been on labels such as See Saw, Solid State Disco and DRUM Records serves up a proper disco treat infusing so many different audible flavours.
Throughout the entire track there's a hazy psychedelic vibe, hailing back to the late 80s Mancunian raves. Big percussion, funk wah wahs and 303s are dominant and very much welcoming to the ear.

On the remixes we have French House Stalwart, Straight & Shuffles plus as always, head honcho, Jeff Fader.
Straight & Shuffle brings a tougher edge whilst still keeping that euphoric vibe of the original. Filled with lush pads, funk driven bass line and a much welcome addition of vocal adlibs to bolster that 'hands in the air' moment.
Jeff Fader turns the original down a darker corridor, loading up that infamous 808 drum sound to drive the remix into a new direction. Layered with analog synth stabs and simple melodies, the breakdown releases that squelchy 303 bass line into the wild until it dissipates into silence.

Enjoy irresponsibly!
