Welcome to the next instalment on House Trip Recordings as we bring you Plasticpoison for another stunning debut on the label.
Sasha Porvalov hailing from the Ukraine is a very talented producer, already releasing on the likes of Deep Fix and Sound Vessel Records we feel we are catching Sasha at the right moment in his production journey and it's with no doubt you are all going to hear a lot more from him in 2022.
First up we have 'Dark Side Codex' - a lovely Deep House builder, starting off with subtle percussion then building with lovely layers and stabs before dropping into the first breakdown and then its heads down and off we go, solid stuff indeed.
Next we turn to Brit in Berlin exile Withheld, goes without saying, one of House Trips trusted producers and part of the fixtures and fittings around here. All that aside, Jonathan comes up trumps again, going for a Minimal Deep driving Techy take on his interpretation of 'Dark Side Codex' - well done Sir!
Sasha then goes Deep again and wow, does exactly what it say's on the tin, 'Attention' aptly titled indeed, its certainly grabbed ours here at House Trip. Again the production oozes class with a lush builder, then the rolling bass line, layers and key's, think Danny Howell's on an epic journey and you kind of get the picture.
Finally we come to a close on HTREP037 with 'Going Back!' - Fasten your seat belts, top main room peek time action, enough of me rambling on, you get my drift, top quality electronic music and fitting way to complete the EP.
