Round Table Knights have been in and around the Defected camp for quite some time, producing hugely successful remixes of MK’s legendary ‘Burning’ and Tensnake’s ‘Coma Cat’ (which was Pete Tong’s Essential New Tune), so it is surprising that it has taken this long to deliver their first original production for the label. ‘On Fire’ see’s the Swiss duo deliver a bass driven and hooky, piano led, record which fuses the euphoria of nu-disco with the attitude and funk of the current deep house scene.
