A plethora of stimulating tones, ‘Morii’ combines vibrant soundscapes into a hazy twilight, in which Kai Meara dwells. The journey begins with his haunting track ‘Duel’, utilizing a rich sonic palette alongside a dusty selection of textures. The atmosphere created seals the curiosity of listeners, who are later greeted by ethereal pad strokes in ‘Let Up’. Demonstrating the outer realms of his production, mystic number ‘Swarm’, is an intricate performance of chimes dancing alongside earthy vocals.
