Vancouver's Wolfey steps up for the first release of 2022, five years on from his collaborative 'Jervis Pump Station' EP with Project Pablo on the label.
True to form, the three-track EP entitled 'Crab Park Sunrise' features Wolfeys ever infectious grooves and rich nostalgic synth work. 'Deep Blues' offers up quirky melodic top lines whilst 'Speed Mania' brings the tempo down with swirling echoing pads.
Title track 'Crab Park Sunrise' welcomes crisp, echoing chord stabs over rich foundations of perc and groove-drenched bass line. 'Sunday Drive' then closes the show with a darker, more acidic aura as the tempo climbs for a peak energy offering.
