Introducing... TL2!
The London based TL2 duo are in-fact renowned dj/producer Luke Brancaccio and multi talented percussionist Tony Lovatt. The boys met through their mutual love of all-things 'groove' but individually their production credits read like a who's who of Dance music, as between them, Luke & Tony have clocked-up releases on Bedrock, Credence, EMI, Parlophone, Mercury & Defected to name a few... ooft!
So it comes as no surprise that their latest offering 'We Found Love', not only warrants the production quality you'd expect from the seasoned duo, but is a glorious sunshine drenched Nu-Disco House cover-version of 'Third Worlds' infamous 80s hit.
In a nutshell - what the TL2 boys have done, is to very cleverly keep the Soulful essence of the original and then fuse it with the contemporary production skills needed to rock a modern-day Dancefloor. On vocals we have the very talented and adept Frankie David... who sails her way from verse to chorus like the true diva she is.
So it's time to glide your way through the Radio, Extended, Dub and sublime 'Go Deeper' versions and help push this wonderful cover towards the Summer stardom it deserves.
