When John Morales approached me about working with him on Curtis Hairston’s “I Want You, all tonight” I was absolutely overjoyed! This song stood out for me like none other when I was a teenager just learning how to DJ because of its stellar Vocals and track work…. to me this record was that was masterpiece, even though I couldn’t play it within many of my sets at the time. this is a record that I would play just to listen to it because from the beginning i would sing along and nod my head to the infectious melodies.

Finding out that John was a key mastermind behind this record should not have been a surprise to me. After all, when you’ve been working with the guy who mixed records like “Caught Up in a One Night Love Affair“ and “ Somebody Else’s Guy“, you have to know that you’ve been working with an influential player in the music game that’s like none other…..right?

Well, working alongside, John has been an absolute pleasure. And working alongside John on this particular song is honor and privilege beyond some of my wildest dreams.

We’ve done a package that includes John And Sergio’s original mixes from back in the day, and his updated remix version that falls in line with the exceptional work that John is doing today. I’ve also worked with Michele Chiavarini on a Soulful house remix that I hope you will enjoy as well.
