New-York-based label Sub-Urban continues to deliver soulful house excellence as British club legend Michael Gray remixes a Key To Life favourite, ‘Forever’. The prolific producer, DJ and remixer’s headline sets as one half of the British duo Full Intention are revered by house heads globally, and their portfolio includes releases with Blaze, Robert Owens and remixes for fellow house icons Inner City, David Penn and the late Frankie Knuckles. As a solo artist, Gray is famed for early releases ‘So Fly’, ‘Borderline’ and legendary track ‘The Weekend’, and in recent years he recently reached #1 in Traxsource’s ‘Top Artists of 2020’ all while continuing to tour and release genre-defining house music. Originally by Sub-Urban label founder Tommy Musto as Key To Life in 1994, Michael Gray takes the American vocal house elements of ‘Forever’ and updates them to create a record that is both nostalgic and modern sounding.
