King of Hearts is the highly anticipated new album from Peven Everett who returns with a bang! Instrumentalist, prolific lyricist and heatbreak extraordinaire. This album is fully armed with a sparkling set of super smooth and sizzling love songs. Once again showing us his unique ability to seamlessly float across all genres from RnB, Power Soul, Funk, Rap and Soulful Vocal House.

This brand new collection of exciting power soul ballads and uptempo classics kicks off with the Donny Hathaway inspired I Just Wanna Make You Happy, which does just that and more, swiftly moving along into the catchy first single off the album One Way Ticket. Shifting down a gear into the dreamy 'Love Story' and I Can Be Your Boyfriend, a perfect summer anthem. The supreme grooves of Another Tender Moment are nostalgic of Peven%u2019s early days. Picking up the pace with dance floor gems Taking Me Back and When I want Someone It%u2019s You finishing off with the cool hip hop joint Baby Momma With Sense and jazzy end with Don't You Want To Funk. This distinctive album is quite possibly the best to date, a coming of age both musically and spiritually for one of Chicago%u2019s finest.

Peven Everett was born and raised in Harvey - Chicago, Illinois. A talented writer, arranger, producer and performer who plays countless instruments proficiently including drums, guitar, bass, flute, piano, trombone, and trumpet across all genres of music.
