Deeply immersed in the ocean life & natural beauty of his home base on the Hawaiian Islands, seasoned producer Marasco resurfaces with the NEED EP for Nordic Trax. Includes a remix from Summer (Brendon Collins).
A veteran deejay, Marasco began his production journey over a decade ago and first caught our attention for his work with prolific producer Tuccillo (King St, Freerange, etc). Their collaboration on the Hawabiza Project gave birth to a more classic house sound and delivered stand-out releases for Seamless Recordings & CityDeep Music.
Marasco's long connection with the US West Coast and producers like Halo (H-Foundation) opened doors in the house community. Soon his solo productions & remixes appeared on Underground Collective, the legendary Siesta Records, Bulletdodge, Iside, Ocean Trax, Orion Muzik and Halo's Surface Recordings, which included a remix by house heavyweight DJ Sneak.
Combining his classic sound with more modern textures, Marasco is fully-focused on production these days. Occasionally taking breaks from the studio to deejay, he has toured Germany, Spain / Ibiza, Thailand, the US (including appearances at DEMF and WMC), and recently made his debut at BPM Festival in Playa Del Carmen Mexico.
