So Much Love

Dryman

Dryman has been a mainstay of the Czech underground for almost a decade producing some of the most forward thinking Garage and Grime influenced beats to come out of central Europe.

His follow up EP to 2012¿s Junkie Riddim is a whopping eight track EP showcases his talent in the studio over three diverse original tracks and five remixes from Meanbucket artists and friends.

Human Distribution is compellingly dark and moody with a pulsating bassline running over a percussive 2 Step riddim. In the same vein, with a brooding rhythmic flow Music Drug is a nod to UK Funky, featuring Czech vocalist Mother@Work. So Much Love lightens thing up just a touch with its summer tinged melody but still maintains the hallmarks of Dryman¿s sound.

Allmostt & Dosage serve up the first of the remixes streamlining Human Distribution into an all-out four to the floor bass monster that maintains the depth of the original while Bratislava bass don Bad Mojo strips it down to raw House track with peak time potential.

Dj Tuco¿s flips So Much Love into full on syncopated nod to Jungle¿s glory years, stepping back into the future, Prague¿s Merak gives us an all-out Garage rework with one of the most infectious bass lines you are likely to hear this year. Pelikann manages to twist the relatively melodic original track into an all-out Grime influenced banger and proving he¿s definitely an up & coming UK producer worth keeping an eye on.

The elusive Quime gets all 5am on us with a stripped down bass heavy twist on the original - the sole remix of Music Drug rounding off the EP.
