Label Boss BiG AL & Omid 16B from aLOLa / SexOnWax have had a strong friendship throughout the past 15 years which began first in Montreal when AL invited Omid to come play for his debut Canadian show at Club Stereo. The Past 3 years has seen Omid and AL's relationship grow with their label's release ideas as well as collaborating on releases throughout their imprints while synchronizing schedules & strategies.

This is one of 3 releases which see's a joint effort between ReadyMix, aLOLa and SexOnWax.

"The Album Version" taken from Marco Da Mata & Matthew's Album "It's Windy" released on Ready Mix back in 2011 and then Omid 16B's Club Edit was featured on "Omid 16B Presents aLOLa Vol.4 Compilation".

In this pack, we've also included the rare Extended Club Version as well as a fine Deep Tech House remix by Hungary's, Yvel & Tristan.

"Dancing With Elephants" was the result of a chance encounter between two artists from completely different backgrounds coming together for the simple act of collaboration thru modern music.

Marco Da Mata, a Portuguese/Swiss producer who's always on the hunt for wild musical collaborations, found that in the classically trained musicianship of a pianist, the 100% Swiss Matthew Scheuber was the man he was looking for. "Dancing With Elephants" is a unique song concept that melts musical boundaries as it effortlessly connects the dots between sadness and humor, Jazz and bossa, downtempo and techno, eastern influenced deep house and tropical tango.

Marco Da Mata & Matthew create a unique soundscape that in one breathe, takes the listener through their sonic influences to create an atmosphere that sweeps you up like the wind. The rules do not exist in their world. A film for some, history for others, Dancing With Elephants is nothing short of an epic journey, in widescreen!
