With more music forthcoming, plus a live show that will unleash their ultraviolet vibes at clubs and festivals around the globe, Son Of Sun's story is just beginning to unfold...

Tyson is what you might call a veteran, with over two decades of experience in performing on the world stage. Music runs through his veins, it's in his DNA. His partner in crime, Sheff, represents the new school - a former lead baritone for the National Symphony Choir, his vocal chords send cosmic vibrations to your soul encouraging you to abandon all your inhibitions and soak up the positive energy. Together they splice the new with the old, creating an electrifying blend of experiences and connections that has given birth to a refreshingly unpretentious sound. It's an infectious cocktail that takes influence from the raw elements of Chicago's early house productions with contemporary European nuances accentuated by Sheff's deep, sensual vocals.

The duo became firm friends through their joint connection with one of London's premier fun-filled underground events, Love Fever. After hitting it off, it wasn't long before they hit the studio and got working on their very first EP, which found a home on Tyson's highly regarded Voyeurhythm label. Produced in London, the EP was composed using an assortment of vintage gear; Roland 808 and 909, Juno 6 and live vocals from Sheff. This is music designed to touch your mind, your body and your soul.
