Richie Santana is back on Transmit, maintaining his affliction to all things dark. The title track's bubbling subs get things moving from the beginning, and the cavernous vibe is reinforced by monstrous, pitched-down vocals and spacious effects while a mutating, one-note riff takes center stage. On "Snake Oil" we get more subsonic goodness in combination with a rocksteady groove which gives ample space for sharp synth stabs to lead the way.
