Osunlade returns with his latest full length album ‘Peacock’. Recorded in homage to the orisha Ochun, this is an album about love relations, the heart, acceptance, vulnerability and change. While love is the reason, funk is the cause. With the exception of the albums two electronic explorations the album is fully realized in classic analogue soul funk with Osunlade taking the reins on the vocals and almost all the instrumentation. A very personal one indeed, yet this eight song long player takes us back to the beauty of music listening. Enjoy!
