Rest on the Seventh Day

Robert R. Hardy

Massive Harmony Records
MHR074 | 2015-01-05
It might be the most productive producer on the scene, delivering week in and week out, as we see the great Hungarian alias of Robert R. Hardy returning to Massive Harmony Records. With his new monster, baptized as "Rest On The Seventh Day", he once again showcase why he has skyrocketed the scene the past year. He is always delivering true class with his music, including interesting melodies, a great atmosphere and ell thought melodic arrangements. We can't argue with that, as he is doing it once more to release his final production of they year o Massive Harmony Records.
On remix duty, you will get another fantastic selection of artists on this fine label, as Diego Poblets fires the first one. With a more upbeat feel push through his remix, including theses wonderful wobbling bass lines, crunch percussion and lovely deep textures, he once again takes us on a marvellous musical journey, not to be missed.
Hungarian Adam-P makes one of his rare appearances as he takes on the challenge to rework the track from Robert, and pulls off another of his trademark progressive breaks productions. Built through clever drum programming, deep and atmospheric pads as well as fine melodic lines written, he once more proves he is one to count on when it comes to the deeper side of the genre.
Tim Roberts brings on the 3rd and final rework to complete the package. As we have seen him do in the past, he deliver in fine style with a driving and energetic production, built through a pumping bass line and well selected textures.

All in all a wonderful MHR release, packed with "feel good sounds", and there is something for everyone included in this package.
