Seminal house label Strictly Rhythm released ‘Let’s Freak’ back in March to great acclaim. Produced by sanXero and M.A.W.’s Louie Vega and featuring vocals from Mr. V, it comes with no surprise that exclusive remixes would shortly follow. This four track remix release includes productions from Hector Couto, Antony Toga, Francis Kasibante, and Arnaud D.

In Hector Couto’s remix, pulsating hi-hats and echoing drones build the groove but it’s the irresistible bassline that orients the track as one destined for dancefloors peak-time. Antony Toga’s Remix is the darkest of them all, with deepened Mr. V vocals that are chopped between an assertive bass drum. As the remix plays out, its dark reverberations and driving snare carry an alluring darkness that will tempt dancefloors in similar vein. Francis Kasibante continuously reworks the word Freak in a way that fits the up tempo vibe of his version, while Arnaud D delivers a more down tempo remix with a cool stripped down vibe.
