A bombastic collision of beats and bass, the Cash For Gold EP is the first collaboration between breaks legend Deekline, and house maestro Bad Zuke.

It’s an aural Clash of the Titans, spread over three seismic tracks. Up first is My Desire. The drums and pads hark back to the halcyon days of UK Garage, with the kind of pitched up vocal your mother warned you about. And just wait for the drop. My Desire has already featured on This Is Bass 2015, and is going to be heard all over the planet come the summer months.

Next up is Pull That Back, a grimey monster which lurches into action with a low slung break beat. It’s only going to get filthier when the bassline drops, and a selection of vocal cuts keep it bumping.

Rounding off the EP is Sticky Blues. Written on a messy 2014 trip to Ibiza, this housey monster is built around a murky bass, and a rhythmic vocal stab, which work in harmony to produce a hook that will stay in your head long after the lights have gone up.
