Philly Sound Works began with the release of the instrumental single "Heavy Vibes" which was inspired by the simple fact that the Vibraharp is so heavy to cart around. Originally mixed by Izzy Sanchez, this catchy track scored Montana a top ten club hit in '82, yet is still being sought out by DJs today for its awesome groove and striking vibe solo. This follow-up LP displays Montana's various musical hats....from scaled-down rhythmic club tracks, to up-beat orchestral compositions, Latin ballads & even a bit of jazz.
