You are looking at part one of this wicked new collaboration between Knee Deep and Rasmus Faber. The story so far: we've been loving the original late 70's latinjazzfunk masterpiece for ages and were playing with the idea of doin a conversion for quite a while then started recording the parts but got into trouble finding a proper singer, brass section, etc?That's where our friend Rasmus Faber came into play. I sent him the track and he loved it immediately so we decided we make this a joint venture. He got his crew of superb musicians in, recorded Emily's vocals, and sent us all his parts and his original version. We took the vocals, brass and percussion and finished our mixes. That's it! Track one features the KneeDeep Club Mix which is kept quite close to the original. The second track comes with Rasmus' Original, a beautiful, mellow Latin vibe interpretation and our Dub Mix for more peak time occasions.
