On board since day one (and even before that), Javier Logares has supported Studio Kreuzberg and helped it materialize into what we are today. Now he’s back at it with his fellow countryman Kaarel and a few more friends for Studio Kreuzberg’s third release: ‘La Cuarta Galaxia’, incl. Tiefschwarz and Black Peters remixes.
Javier and Kaarel start things off on a delicate note, a floating ambience sways between the beats as synths call from a distance. ‘La Cuarta Galaxia’ slowly lures us in with it enchanting atmosphere before capturing our imaginations within its deep burning groove.
The first of two remixes comes from veterans Tiefschwarz. Recently celebrating 20 years of making people sweat, the duo deliver a clubby blend of the track, keeping the mood somewhere between the two previous remixes and still delivering a unique experience infused with a hypnotic simplicity and plenty of well- seasoned know-how.
One of the freshest names at the moment, Afterlife’s Black Peters deliver’s the third interpretation of the Galaxia. Taking, as his name suggests, a darker path through a forest thick with a mystical fog and an undeniable drive. He takes the track further with more pressure, creating more energy and heat on the floor.
