The vital BluFin label rolls out more big tunes, this time from Wesen & Seelenwald feat. Oama with a top selection of remixes including Claudio Ricci, BONDI, and Basti Grub.
Stoney Path is a dark, slow motion crawler with prickly drums and ghostly vocals. The lush pianos add real colour and the vocals are another layer of emotional depth. Alleviation is another steamy cut layered up with spiritual synths and shuffling drums that work you into a trance. Claudio Ricci then firstly remixes Stoney Path into a more supple techno track with real depth, BONDI gets you on your toes with some lithe synth work and chanting vocals and Basti Grub gets down and dirty in minimal drum loops with underlapping kicks.
The force is strong in this one, as always with this label.
