The A-side brings 2 raw grooves that truly define the labels sound. Suitable from the terrace to the afters. A1 with simple driving drums, a grooving bassline and catchy melodies that have been tied together with a sampled phone call vox. A2 has a deeper spookier feel that is driven through the mix with hooky organ melody, hypnotic congas and vocal chops.
The B-side contributes a slightly more playful side to the release. A raw B1 designed to pump through the system with a deep bassline and high energy Hiphouse influenced drums. One half of Padwerk Josh Ivory comes through layering the existing drums with a combination of a sampled Hiphouse vocal and bouncey delayed chord stabs.
