'Devoted' is about a realistic situation of an unanswered, yearning love. There are already trillions of songs about this subject, but what makes 'Devoted' unique is the juxtaposition of two opposing vibes in a record: euphoric, dreamy, vocals and a smooth hard-hitting production. I truly believe that both elements exist in love, the dreamy, carefree side but also the not-knowing-if-it's-reciprocated. Most people, including myself, have been through this situation. This brings me to my next marketing point - 'Devoted' is going to resonate with a wide audience. It is this exact statement that inspired me to write these lyrics - I wrote this based from a real-life story. It started with some demo vocals that I sent PLVTO, after which he sent back a very powerful production around it. I rewrote the entire song into 'Devoted' to match it and after Paulius' fingerprint on the track, we knew it was ready to release.
