Mantij is a musical project from Colombia presented by Julian Gomez Mantilla. The 24 years old producer felt in love with electronic music when he was 14, and since then he collected experiences in various genres, like progressive, tech and deep house and ambient. Julian released his debut EP in 2015 on the croatian A Must Have label called 'Tojours'.
Music for Mantij is more than just work, it's life itself, music is everything, activity which goes 24 hours a day and 7 days a week non-stop. His inspirators are the following: Gregor Tresher, Andrew Bayer, Kolsch, Maceo Plex, Deadmau5, Andre Sobota, Above and Beyond, Dash Berlin, Madeon, Olafur Arnalds, Moby, Nom De Strip, Moderat, Ten Walls, Recondite, Kiasmos and Joris Voorn.
His recent work, a 4-tracker called 'Goodbye Past, Hello Future' is a special spot on Stellar Fountain Deep's palette, as it goes through a whole scale of styles, from breaks ('Artificial Intelligence', 'Love and Hate'), slow-mo house ('Farewell') to a cinematic trip ('The Persistance Of Memory') we can get everything in one place.
