Chapter two in Rey&Kjavik’s exciting remix trilogy: the mystical „Ulima“ from his debut album gets the remix treatment by SIS. With Turkish genes, a German upbringing, and a deviant teenage, he could read the Rey&Kjavik sound perfectly and transforms the song in a trippy modern state of trance. SIS has been on thump ever since he stepped up in 2008 (remember „Trompeta“?) and is maybe more relevant than ever with his latest releases on Crosstown Rebels. The remix package gets a well-rounded finish by Indian native TROJA who is familiar with ethno electronic and lays his hands on „Ulima“ as well.
