REGGER SOUL

Born and raised in Soweto, Mduduzi Nhlapo was introduced to music production in 2004 and this is where his passion for music began. He grew to improve his knowledge about pop music (jazz) from 2006 to 2008.

Regger Soul is a South African producer and artist who creates music that draws on a diverse range of influences, from deep house to soulful, melodic sounds. With a focus on instrumental tracks and vocal collaborations, Regger Soul creates music that is both atmospheric and emotionally engaging. Drawing inspiration from both local and international artists, his unique sound is perfect for film; TV; and more.


He has worked with an array of multi-talented producers and vocalists on various songs and projects. One of his songs, 'Give It Up' was selected among the top 10 producers in South Africa in 2014.

Regger Soul released the song 'Shivers Down My Spine' featuring Dee Koenane in 2016 which also has a music video out.

In 2021 his album titled 'Do you remember?' got a heavy spotlight feature on the Saturday night podcast called: Arise Radio feat. Black Terry and Jozana Live on WVUR FM 89,3 in Chicago USA.

Also in 2021, he signed an exclusive publishing deal with G Music for theme and mood music.

Currently Regger Soul is in collaboration with Italian music stable Bull Records to release his projects.
