James Slaven a.k.a SLAVE is a house ad techno dj /producer from Loch Lomond near Glasgow Scotland. With 20 years experience as a dj now also a producer with signings to Under No Illusions Recordings , Blacksoul Music and 1809 records as well as a host of others , schooled in producing electronic music at Soma Skool . Heavily influenced by Sven Vath , with a vast passion for electronic music as well as hip hop in the earlier days of his dj career . Playing 6 nights a week in Scotland's biggest clubs . James Slaven can now be found playing house and techno in clubs and festivals such as In The Woods in Scotland, as well as abroad.
