DJ MAXO

MAXO is a House and Techno DJ born in Mexico City.
In the late 90's he was influenced by the electronic music industry by artists such as CARL COX, RICHIE HAWTIN, SVEN VATH, NICK WARREN, DANNY TENAGLIA, SASHA, and JOHN DIGWEED to name a few.

MAXO began attending underground parties and raves in his hometown of Mexico City as a fan and music enthusiast. After a few years, he moved to Los Angeles and eventually became a DJ.
While networking and establishing a name for himself in the local LA House Scene.

After getting added to MADHOUSE dj collective in 2016 he developed a different style on music selection and techniques of djing.

Starting from small venues and parties to the big clubs in Los Angeles such as AVALON and EXCHANGE he got added to the artists list of the prominent INSOMNIAC events in 2017. During the same year he realized the next step to reach a succesful career is get into music production.

After research, workshops, practice and sessions with producers from the LA electronic music scene he got signed under DISTYROY RECORDS a record label based in Tunisia, with his first EP named TRANSITION.
