SXCHA

Manchester-born, London-based artist and writer Sacha, known as sxcha, blends a love for electronic sounds with creative songwriting. She is often noted for her distinctive lyrics and catchy melodies. Starting at the keys with TV flickering in the background, sxcha's sound still thrives on the escapism of film, and is inspired often by visuals.
As a songwriter and vocalist, she has dived into various genres—from DnB, techno, ambient, bass house, tech house, garage and more, landing coverage on KissFM, BBCR1DanceIntroducing and BBC Radio 6. Her collaborations have been released on labels such as NiMi music and Anjunabeats. Her solo work, a fusion of electronic, alternative, and singer/songwriter, has similarly had plays on various regional BBC introducing shows, local, and online radio stations. Last summer, sxcha performed her own 30-minute mimimix on her local BBC Introducing show.
This year, sxcha will debut her solo EP - promising to be a blend of the sonic spaces she has worked in to date. Expect to find songwriter moments, with some twist - this is the EP will combine sweet melodies with atmospheric electronica.
