Yoruba Records proudly presents the ‘La Prena’, taken from the documentary Jende ri Palenge (People Of Palenque), the first free town of runaway slaves in the Americas, and was recorded on location by Soul Jazz’s own, Stuart Baker. This exclusive release serves up the traditional sound of Yoruba’s folklore style, with remixes by Osunlade, Jose Marques, Carlos Mena (Casamena) & Yoruba’s own Santos. Already heating up the dancefloor and featured in Osunlade’s signature DJ sets, ‘La Prena’ is one not to be missed.
