‘Deep Voice’ gets the release on the move, opening with a classic 909 arrangement that is accompanied by warm keys and rhythmic, tribal percussions. The keys envelop the body and soul beautifully as a soulful bassline forces you to move. On the break, a meaningful spoken vocal provides an intriguing narrative which leads to a superb virtuoso on the Rhodes Piano that gives the track a unique flavour. Outstanding grooves, and a must have. ‘Disappear’ concludes the release, opening with a dreamy chord and subby bass combo. Crispy hats and punchy beats come through alongside bright xylophone notes as various percussions layer up to deliver an infectious dancey sequence.
