Danny Ward aka Dubble D, Moodymanc, Vault, Balaphonic is no newcomer to the music scene. Having lived and breathed music since the late 80s Danny is an avid crate digger, Jazz musician, producer, re-mixer and DJ. We’re delighted to have him on board for Local Talk. The opening track ”Morning” is all about the rhythm, it’s house with an irresistible swing, strong piano hook and chants. Making a return to the label is one of electronic music’s most prolific producer duos, DJs, and live acts, Kyodai. Their remix of Mr Ruff got both rolling beats and flowing pads. It’s one of those end of the night tracks you do not want to end while the original version is one bumpy and syncopated bass synth driven track. As a digital bonus Danny offers a Dubble Dub of Mr Ruff.
