Tony's 3rd release on Wave Music with this 3-cut tech house groover.

Wave is very excited to have a new release from Mr. Lionni as this is an artist we have been nurturing for some time now, and we were thrilled to see him have international sucess on Ostgut Ton with his breakout hit Found A Place. This EP finds Tony working an evocative tech-house groove with three excellent productions. First up is Aurora with its hypnotic ascending keyboard figures and dance-floor Tangerine Dream flavors guaranteed to set the right mood for discerning club goers. The title track continues the contemplative/introspective feeling with a classic Chicago bass line and sweeping keyboard figures that would make Larry Heard proud. The EP wraps up with Protection which shows Tony doing what he does so brilliantly; melding timeless house music to propulsive modern techno to create floor-filling dance music that's both beautiful and utterly contemporary. Fantastic stuff from one of electronic music's brightest new lights, if we may say so ourselves.
